Perre Ocean (b. Singapore, 2002) is a visual artist and creative. Brought up in an artistic household, he spent his childhood immersed in numerous creative disciplines before committing to the medium of film at the age of ten. Following his passions, he was awarded the IMDA SG:Digital Scholarship to pursue a Diploma in Mass Communication before cutting his teeth in the Singaporean film industry in various technical and production roles. Following a break from professional life to fulfil his nation’s military service obligations, he now seeks to lend his critical eye to the world of advertising.
Beyond his professional practice, Perre is an avid hobbyist photographer and writer. His personal work meditates on the relationship between culture, consciousness and the perceptions of human roles in society.
